My granddaughter got a rainbow loom kit for Christmas. She brought it over and asked me to teach her how to make bracelets. Well I ended up making the bracelets and she lost interest. Hoping to sell some and give her some incentive to learn how to make them.

Card Holders for my Step Grandsons
I've been really busy and not crafting like I usually do the last year with my classes. But yesterday I rushed a couple of card holders for my step-grandsons. I taught them how to play go fish a few weeks ago and they had such a hard time holding their cards. I still need to make one for my niece and another for my granddaughter. This is the Folding Card Kitty and was a very easy sew.

Midnight Kiss Pattern
Got these 5 pouches done today. Such a simple and cute pattern to sew up. Inside is waterproof, so can be used for make-up and toiletries. And many other things.

The Stephie Bag
Yay. I am so excited! I finally got my bag done. This is a personal sew that I set to the side many times to finish other things.
I just love it.

Slings for my Disney trip - Lindsling
I participated in a month log dew along over at Linds Handmade on facebook. We made a sling - well I made two. I made a sling for my granddaughter and myself for an upcoming trip to Disneyland. They were quite simple to put together BUT my domestic machine did have issues on a few spots of the sling.
Well my trip has passed and YES we had a great time and my slings held up nicely.
This month I am participating in the sew along for The Stephie. Its a bag and I cannot wait to get it done.
Pictures on my Lindslings.

Flower day at school
Today is flower day at school. So my granddaughter and I grabbed some felt ang and glue gun and made this flower shirt for her to wear. Now I wanted to scattr the flowers all over the shirt but she had different ideas. She wanted grass and clouds and a sun, so thats what we did. I even had an extra flower so I hot glued it to a hair band for her hair.

I can't believe I sewed a purse!
Last night I finally finished my first purse/bag. It is a pattern from Shambala Bags called The Guadalupe. Free in their facebook group. It was an easy sew BUT my cheap machine did not like sewing many parts of it. Esp. at the end when I had to sew the liner and main part together and the last top stitching. I included a zipper pocket and a slip pocket on the inside.
Love how it came out.
