Now I love to read.  With the new year quickly approaching lots of new reading challenges are being posted all over the net. What challenges or book clubs are you participating in? I will be following Reeses book club Hello Sunshine, and Kit n Clowders book club.
I will also be doing the Pops Sugar Reading challenge this year and the A to Z Reading Challenge this year for the first time. 

Another one done Diamond Painting - Stitch

Finally got stitch done. I actually ran out of a color so I had to wait for some more to arrive before I could finish this one.  I had contacted the company on amazon but they have not arrived yet.  A very nice person on the dp group sent them to me. Im waiting on my sealant to get here and deciding on how I want to frame it.  Going to hang this one in my granddaughters room. Im leaning towards the stretched canvas look for all the ones I am going to hang in there.   She really likes it. Im happy with how it came out., Itis very colorful.

Have you tried diamond painting yet?  Its fun and relaxing.  BUT it can get addicting.

I got this cute skull with butterflies done the other day.  I am currently working on another one. And am almost done with it too.  My almost five \year old granddaughter has also been enjoying diamond painting with me.  I have ordered a couple cute small ones for her to do.  I am finding these relaxing and  stress relieving for me. 

Woke up to lots of posts shared by my daughter this morning for my business.

Good morning. Hope everyone is having a great morning.  This morning I woke up to my daughter sharing a bunch of posts on Facebook and Instagram trying to help me get my business out there.  I've had a hard time getting any customers over the internet. All have been local so far.  As I sit here I'm dreaming. Dreaming of making my little business into a huge success.  Dreaming of success. What does that mean to me? Bringing in money of course.
Small goal - make enough to cover my rent.
Next goal - make enough to cover my bills.

My photo Albums

Ive been making photo albums to try to make a little extra money to supplement my income.  I sell them at a lower price than Ive seen them posted online.  I really enjoy making them and customizing each album.   Even though I have burned my self several times with the hot glue. 
Crafting is very enjoyable and I believe if I didnt craft I would not be as destressed as I am. Yes crafting relieves stress.

Diamond Painting

I received a kit and started Diamond Painting (dp). For those of you who dont know what diamond painting is - well it is a piece of canvas with a pattern on it that you put little tiny bead like things on them called drills to create an image.  It uses cross stitch patterns and you can use the pattern and symbols to cross stitch. It also coincides with the DMC color chart to match colors.  Now I don't cross stitch so I really cant go into this specific hobby. 
I have found that doing dp's really helps calm my brain and relax me.  When you hear that click when you place your drill it is a very satisfying sound.  Theres nothing better than finishing your project.
I am now on my first full drill (whole page  covered in drills) and cannot wait ot get it done.  It should be done in the next couple of days. 
You can also make your own drill pens.  
Attached are my first two dp's.  I will be framing these and giving them as gifts to my granddaughter and my mother.

All things Crafts, and Books.

Hi. Its Nikki aka Cinnie0.  I have decided to change this blog that I have had forever and changed a couple of times.  I have decided to use this blog as a way to document and share the crafts I make and books I have read.  Here you will find links to other blogs, youtube channels, authors, reviews of books I have enjoyed and have not enjoyed.  Stamps, paper crafts, diamond painting, etc.  What ever I can think of to do.  Hopefully I can add a few pages of my favorite tutorials etc.
